I don't want to he harsh but for audience it was clearly visible she always supports Shahs. When ever Rakhi insults Vanraj, though she was going to leave him but still she supported him how much badly he treated her. But when Baa insults choti or Anuj then what happens her? She will be like Baa Baa.. nothing much or will cry. One straight question did she had the guts to slap or shout on Vanraj when he holded Anuj's collar? You never supports your husband when he needs the most then won't he feel bad?

escaping from brothel is not a joke! So many women spent their lives in brothels and never be able to come out no matter how hard they try. Even in usa women are abducted and sold off and then they spent their lives in brothels. It is not by choice. They can even get killed trying to escape. They are drugged everyday so they lose their ability to think!

even after escaping brothels, society do not accept women or let them live a respectful life. While anupama was supported by everyone to make an independent life but she chooses to get abused and yelled at by baa/vanraj and her kids. and even doesnt care when anuj and CA get humiliated. While Anuj doesnt let anyone say a word about Anupama even in her absence. Like he stopped Barkha today. That is how true lover behaves.

women moving away from toxic in laws happens in 1 out of 4 houses. Anupama goes back to shah house by her own choice. She stayed back to make khichdi for Baa by her choice, instead of going to CA's event on time. Even after knowing that this is very important for Anuj and CA.

There is no excuse for Anupama's neglect towards CA and Anuj who always understand/accept/forgive and continue to love anupamaa with all their heart

Leaving brothel may not be easy but it look if anupama would have go to brothel she would happily live here but that is not so
