What's wrong if abhimanyu arohi want to get married .there is nothing wrong in it except the fact that abhimanyu will leave arohi due to his own son.
There is a prevalent culture in india which includes marriage between brother in law and sister in law(jija-sali,devar-bhabhi).there is nothing illegal or unethical about it.

He may be living for Roohi but there is a burden on him to honor Neil's death wish. So the suffocation is he thinks honoring Neil's death wish is to do everything for Roohi and never let her feel she is missing anything in her life even if it is at the expense of himself and his wants.
