In Hollywood, it's Oscar Isaac and Cillian. During my college days, have watched their cameo/supporting role movies from start to end because they weren't super famous like now (Pre Star wars, Pre Peaky blinders), and unlike now, there were less information/video clips about when and where their scenes are.

Won't Back Down, W.E., Annihilation (This one is recent), 10 years for Oscar Isaac

Honourable mention the recent movie Infinite is terrible at execution. I watched the entire movie for Dylan O'Brien. His cameo was like 5 min throughout the entire movie.

Although I don't get tired to watch SRK, I didn't see ALL the movies where he had a (small) guest-appearance (I just watched the cameo-part on YouTube).

So, for the "always", that still depends on my interest into the movie as such (like the Indian remake of the French movie about 3 men & a baby or Salman's out-of-the-box movie Tubelight or the movie where he injured his shoulder such that he needed an extended surgery or the self-indulgent KJo-directed movie about unrequited love or the very good Luck By Chance)

Nevertheless, there are many, many artistes who make me watch a movie (in fact, several hundreds) - actors, actresses, directors, writers, composers, cinematographers... - albeit not "always"

Depends on which actor or director I'm fixated on at that point of time. I'll watch all their backlist. Since I'm quite fickle, once I'm done crushing on them, they're relegated back to the general category. All new projects from them will be scrutinized based on content and director.

Maddock and RSVP movies and Raj&DK movies/shows grab my attention faster. I kind of trust them to invest in/make good movies. Sometimes, that fires back though
