I didn't like the ending of this drama. It was too preachy.. and if they showed many ppl from the past of Bakhtawar, so why not her father and sister?😕

The actor who played Ahad is goodlooking.. but he can't act.

Dilawar and Bakhtawar ended up being good friends wasn't convincing.. coz she was in love with him, and he had ferlings for her.. even inspector pointed up that.. but in order to show the ending more realistic ..Bakhtwar out of nowhere discovered her lost love for Ahad.😳

There were many villains in DilBakht love story ..from Dilawar's parents to his fiancee , to the different in their status... However I felt for them.. I couldn't feel happy, because in my heart they were too good with eachother.🥺

Yes, you're right.. they showed that Dilawar started having feelings for her, but she liked him only out of respect.. in the end, the way he ignored the journalist's question about marriage also suggests this.. I wanted the ending exactly this way.. as I told you before about the ending of Rangeela movie, in that too, the girl only respected the boss who had feelings for her, but when she chose her childhood friend over him, he graciously accepted her decision as Dilawar accepted Bakhtawar's decision..

At least in Rangeela they established the childhood friendship/love perfectly. Here Ahad was barely there .. and Bakhtawar didn't look like she loves him in any point of this drama.

I wanted Dilawar and Bakhtu to have more time to know eachother well.. specially Dilawar who have just discovered that she was a girl. But alas.. 😒

As I said in an earlier post, I had no objection to Dilawar-Bakhtawar couple if they had established their feelings for each other, not just in the end but throughout the episodes.. in Ahad's case, it was established at least from Ahad's side..

Exactly. And this is why I feel it was a one sided love only. Bakhtu too had feelings for Dilawar.. he had feelings for her.. if given a chance theirs may become love.. but alas.

I felt like Bakhtu compromised on her feelings for a greater purpose.. which is helping the girls education in her village.

This reminds me a little bit of Mere Humnasheen.. where Khajista had to marry her cousin and go back to her village.. although she was in love with a guy from the city.

Well, besides this love angle, the ending was rushed.. Bakhtawar kept talking about 'muqable ke imtehaan' and in the end, she just went to the village and started teaching girls at an open place.. they should've shown that she has passed the exam, reached some influential position, and then went to village.. they wasted so much time on irrelevant sub-plots and then ended in a rushed way..

In Parizaad, there were many sub-plots, but each of them get only that much time of time that a sub-plot should have, but in Bakhtawar, side characters got as much time as the main leads.. overall, idea was good, but execution was bad..

I agree. It is the execution which failed. But I don't regret watching this drama .. although I skipped few episodes in the middle due to unnesessry dragging.. it was a good drama which has a message. Side characters did better than male lead .. specially Sheede , Nazar and inspector Mohsin. ❤️ Yumna was ok , but in the last few episodes she was preaching.. no much acting or expressing feelings well, which left me confused.. has she ever loved Dilawar?😳

For the first time I agree about Zaviar. Although he isn't a gr8 actor, but I liked his pairing with Yumna. I rooted for them.😳

Just watched the last episode and I'm satisfied with the ending. Bakhtawar chose Ahad over Dilawar and returned to her village with her fiance 😌
