It was a good episode. Aarav-Katha convo before going to Karate class was good. I can understand Aarav wanting to solve his problems on his own with a helicopter mom like Katha. And Katha only finally solved his problem. I have done same strategy many times before while my boy was small.

Batman-Robin had a hit and miss. I loved Batman's disappointment on not able to meet Robin and Robin's expressions on Pakke se phi pakka promise❤️❤️

I felt bad for Viaan over his monologue, aaj poora din aas leke baithe the ki tum kahi se aa jaogi katha, jadoo se hi sahi, par tum nahi aayi. Writers are really sakunivanshi to make us fall in love with him🤣

Katha-Aarav valentines day convo was weird. Did they forget he is just 8 years old? Which 8 year old boy says such dialogues on soulmates and dil dhak dhak and all?👎🏼👎🏼

Ehsan-Katha convo on Valentines day and their video shoot I just FFed. 👎🏼Ehsan has turned into total black. His jealousy is visible and his un necessary touches are irritating. Even in the absence of Viaan, he is trying to downgrade him by saying that he will not give any byte.😡😡

Viaan Ektarfapyarvanshi is just thinking about Katha and what to talk to her. Aur koi kaam karta bhi hai ye office mein.🤣🤣

Viaan's startled expressions while Katha walked into the room, how he was mumbling, how he stood like an obedient boy in front of teacher. Adnan was brilliant with his expressions and body language. 👏👏How the guilt is eating him up, his dialogue, main tumhara aankhon mein dekhne se darta hoon, mujhe khud ka reflection nahi andhera dikhayi deta hai. main hoon. flesh and blood. Main sirf wo kali raat nahi hoon. 😭😭 He made me teary

While he told ye pehli baar tumne mujhe dekha hai , main bas yahi hoon, how he wish to start everything fresh, how he wish she looks at him as a fellow human, a stranger on road, no attachments, just him.

Each dialogue of Viaan hit you hard. In his sub conscious mind he wants to communicate and wants Katha to accept him as a fellow human, forget about and forgive the mistake and he wants Katha to have normal convo with him.

I felt like there is a small boy within this grown up man, who wish to make everything normal and everyone be happy. I felt sad for him. He makes me love him more each day.

Jenny made him realise that he was imagining and this is second symptom of ek tarfa pyar, right? 🤣

Viaan was cute to smile at himself of imagining and dreaming of Katha.

Pre cap is more funny. Viaan is trying to make sure it is real Katha in front of him by touching her and giving her water to drink. 🤣🤣So more embarrassment to him on the way today. And Yuvi is busy with new friend.

PS: I am happy that Katha-Viaan convo was imaginary. He would not have been able to express himself and Katha would not have listened and smiled at the end. It might have ended in another conflict and more embarassment

This way now Viaan himself and we audience are clear what Viaan actually want from Katha.

As I said, writers are the real master minds. They turned around the whole audience supporting Katha to Viaan supporters and fans. I can't believe that I love the character Viaan Raghuvanshi who once offered ONS deal to Katha, a distressed mom. Kudos to writers

Bold: I don't find that it was done fairly, and I feel manipulated🤣

I don't know whether I love Viaan yet but I am definitely team Adnan. I love the nuances he brings to his craft....so much detail goes into his expressions. The guy expresses more through his mannerisms/body language than words. But it definitely helps that he has an amazing voice🤣our love for voice quality is never-ending 🤣

On a more serious note, I have seen guilt eat up people from within. If there is no outlet for the guilt nor forgiveness, it's an abysmal downward spiral. I personally don't feel that the forgiveness of the one we have wronged truly matters until we have accepted our actions, done genuine repentance and forgiven ourselves first. The good thing about Viaan is that he has accepted his actions, and is genuinely repenting. But how does he forgive himself without facing his scars and start his own healing process? I hesitate to look forward to this track as I am still disappointed with the writers for the path they have chosen recently. I won't write on it as I am all out of words, and you guys are probably bored reading the same thing over and over😊

@Bold: I agree, they have written the character in such a way that we are manipulated to like him more. I don't say it is fair. They wanted Indian audience to accept him as ML and for that they twisted by writing this way. If you notice closely, all characters including Katha and Ehsan is downgraded to elevate Viaan. On top of that Adnan made it easy with his nuances

Guilt can finish a person from within. And you have to accept the mistake and forgive yourself. The process has to be visible through actions. And Viaan is on the same path.

I feel that they keep the story line as close to OG as possible so that we don't loose the essence of story

Shalzie, you, Mango and Mili are the reasons I write on forums. I love to read all of your posts also. I will never be bored of your posts

Thank you Letha🤗it's the same for me. I like seeing the show through the eyes of other people, and I end up learning a lot.

I think that we are lucky that we are on this forum also as I have found some other amazing writers. Due to time constraints and because I am a creature of habit, I do not have the time to interact with most people here but I love reading everyone's POV. Complaints aside, this show does give us lots of material for discussion.

awww, thanks. ❤️

I don't think we are manipulated to like him more though. 😆 I am okay with irritating MLs or questionable behaviour as long as there is accountability, genuine apology and repercussions. I don't buy that people should be redeemed without consequences. just because you are sorry does not mean you can get off scot free. that is a tough lesson in life. so I get aggravated when they make it seem like it is on the FL's fault and she needs to forgive him because the fangirls are oohing and aahing over the MLs good looks. 🤬 there have been a few serials like that and for my own sanity, I checked out.

here, viaan has been held accountable. he is genuinely sorry and has humility to apologize. at the same time, he is feeling the repercussions of his actions and some of it won't be fun in the present as well as in future. that is real. so I am all for that kind of journey and that is a ML I can get behind.

M, I woke up this morning telling myself to stop writing posts on Ehsan but here I go again🤣 Don't you feel that the change in Ehsan's characterisation was abrupt and started at the same time when Viaan's redemption track started? Don't you feel that SuperDuperMonkeyMamaWonderWoman has been dumbed down lately? The woman, who could do anything, solve any problem, understand people...heck you guys even wrote posts about how you could not connect to this wonder woman...has she not suddenly become a clueless FL? The woman is not reading any signs and is behaving so erratically lately that I don't even know who Katha is anymore.

I would not touch upon the parallel tracks of PapaG as writers have always been consistent in their parallels and contrasts.

Come to Mr.Viaan Raghuvanshi and all of us, members of the audience, know exactly what he is thinking and feeling. We are rooting for him and even sympathize with him. You know I am Team Viaan. I was even before they fully dived in the redemption track. But as an audience and I speak for myself only, I do feel that writers consider me as dumb and are basically manipulating me so that I like Viaan through every scene which is being shown. How cute is the bonding between Batman and Robin? God, that Ehsan is such a low life of a friend etc etc. I get it that Viaan repents. He is more than the man who offered the ONS as a deal. I am not amongst those who judged the morality of that act. It was a deal for me. I do not think that it was a sin and that Viaan should be ashamed to face God for this act of his. I personally felt that it was a low shot from Katha for she participated in the act. Many people can argue that she had no choice but that is not really true. No is also a choice. Why consent to then accuse while reaping the benefits of that consent? I apologise if I appear harsh to some but I am someone who has reflected deeply on these issues and I know my own boundaries and limits. Coming back to the writers, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes but I feel that they backtracked to a certain extent on how to treat such a bold theme for the Indian audience. According to me, they shifted track and direction when Rewa disappeared from the show. They had to make Ehsan become the villain so that majority of the audience can look beyond the man who offered the ONS. Make him repent, suffer, create a villain so that he can become the saviour while dumbing down the FL. I understand the logistics but I expected better for I believed in the team and know what they can deliver. This is why I feel manipulated. Finally done🤣

shalzie -- I feel the writers style is to focus on one main character at a time. initially it was all about katha. so much so that I felt it was bit of overdose and I skipped many of the scenes. so they have really taken their time to build viaan as a character. right now, we are in viaan phase and so we are getting his feels and his thoughts. we are yet to hear katha's feels and thoughts at all.

while I agree that ehsaan's change seemed abrupt, my feel is that it was already in the works from the start. there were hints that ehsaan is a bit of a party animal. his reaction to viaan having one night stand was "have fun". it was either mili or letha who explained that as long as viaan was letting ehsaan hog the spotlight by being the voice of communication, ehsaan was happy. now, viaan making decisions and annoucing them on his own is setting ehsaan off.

at least for me, it was a good surprise that ehsaan turned grey/villain. makes it more interesting and entertaining

Thanks for the tag, Letha. You know you are a sweetheart to say all those kind words for some of us🤗 I am not lying when I say, the discussions here are more interesting for me than the actual show itself. Nice to be able to scan inside yourself and articulate the actual feelings as I write here. I like to write more for clarity and catharsis😃

And these words are the highlight of the episode. Writers and Adnan, please take a bow. The words are touching, his guilt is real, the fact that it is eating into him is the truth and his longing to be just another human being on the street rather than being associated with the unfortunate night is so genuine, it touches you deeply😭 The actor has delivered this effectively with his voice, modulation and body language👍🏼

He wants to be seen as more than that night, but on the otherhand for Katha, it is an impossible thing😒. For me, it is like watching a lioness hunting it's prey. You want to root for both sides, as the lioness has to feed her hungry cubs, but don't want the prey to lose it's life. I know it is a goofy analogy, but this is the closest I come up with at the moment. There in lies a jabardasth conflict, which I wish the writers banked on rather than making Ehsan a dark villain. Oh well........🤔

Exactly my thoughts. I don't condone Katha taking the moral high road😡.

Yes, Viaan has to be pulled up for his behavior, his misjudgment of Katha, him pursuing the act. He is genuinely repenting, he is trying to do all that is possible from his side to save her from other issues. Like Mango, I also like the fact that he is facing consequences of his actions, somebody looking at him with apprehension That is a difficult place to be.

But, I also don't like the fact that some Parnalekha has to come and give it a name " ek tarapha pyaar"👎🏼Let the guy process his own feelings first, let him grovel in his guilt. To make him the better of the two, we don't need a yardstick in the name of Ehsaan.

On a completely different note, does the CEO of Earthcon have only one T shirt/shorts for his squash game or is it his lucky outfit?🤡
