He was never gonna get eliminated on the basis of votes and he was nominated enough times that BB understood the writing on the wall.

PCC bhi regularly hoti hi thi nominate so they knew their respective standings in terms of votes.

The only way to eliminate him was when he requested BB to let him go or attacked Shalin or later when he gave severe threats to Shalin.

Jab tab nahi nikala toh it meant that makers never wanted to make Bahu the winner. Faltu ki bashing n all bas TRP ke liye thi. No reverse psychology was at play.
