I think it's more like Abhi's frustrated with bfam. He knows becoz for them he sacrificed his love and work as a slave and they doesn't treat him well. It was that sort. Abhi is not a person who put blame of his mistake to others. He always own his mistakes and ask sorry. So it is not that case. He clearly know what he did to AK was a mistake and he is sorry. Now he can't rectify it or beg sorry becoz things have gone out of his hand. She is now some one else's. If he saw any ray of hope he will make every effort to make her his or bring her back. Becoz when it comes to her Abhi have no boundaries. She is the limit, her words are his command. Even when KV blamed him he accepted it, he agreed that he is a failure as Abhimanyu.
