But what is new? Writers don't want to give him any growth to better handle situations.

Look at Akshu suddenly going back to Arohi jaap. I understand she may feel some guilt inside and under some weird thought that my sister is my sister and even though she probably hates me even more for my involvement with the death of her husband she is ill and we are still family blah, blah, blu, blu. Akshu doing what Akshu does best which is follow her relations. The only relationship that broke in her mind is with Abhi due to him rejecting her and their baby when he rejected the call.

Abhi will screw up initially. Abhir will get angry at him. In fact I want Abhir to be angry at his mom too. But we won't get that as the writers like to show parallels. So we will get parallel of Abhi/Harshvardhan relationship with Abhi/Abhir relationship. And how Manjari/Akshu were/are in similar situations. But to me Manjari and Akshu are so simialr bur different and even Abhi and Harshvardhan are similar but different.

So the big conflict will be for Abhimanyu Birla after the reveal

Do I reconnect with the ex wife that I’m emotionally attached to for the biological son

OR

Do I remain bound ( by promises and pressures) to my brother’s widowed wife and foster daughter

Instead of taking it one step ahead after all the trouble they took to refine the original characters post leap they seem to be regressing back to the original traits for Ak -🤦🏻‍♀️. Truth is, people change with time and circumstances- no one remains the way they were at 20. That’s a fact. Why can’t they show a new and improved strong Akshara. She a back to being a dodo wimp. The makers are nuts.

This is to parallel the happy family scenes in Kasauli but I think they are overdoing it.
They already showed the kite festival and other “ tooo happy to be true” type Birla family scenes already so they could cut to the chase. But what do we know!
