He has already accepted in front of Vian that he likes Katha ,obv Vian cant inform Ehsan about what happened between him and Katha

So if Ehsan is feeling that Vian likes Katha,he will definitely feel betrayed

But the very fact that he has forgotten Vian is his best friend pisses me off

Yeh perspective nahi, zidd hai. When you start putting down people to prop yourself up, you have entered into selfish territory especially when the person is supposedly your best friend,

Honestly, I don’t think that was an issue. Viaan is not the kind of person to throw another person especially his child hood friend under the boss. Its not have even about being controling. If one watched this show from the start, it was clear what the leadership model was. Though both guys inherited thecompany from their dads and were partners, viaan was taking ALL the decisions, and this - Ehsan was perfectly fine with him doing that. Viaan did things and told Ehsan after he had, and the other man didn’t mind because he had the idea that Viaan didn’t make mistakes. The issue is now that he is feeling threatened, he is now making a deal of it, in all the wrong places. It appears that Katha’s apparent difference to Viaan and his mother pointing out his behavior in contrast to viaan is ticking ehsan off. Viaan now seems too bothersome, always wanting to take ‘his things’ to him. Its not about the physical action, its the motive behind it. Viaan has no plans to usurp Ehsan which he actually knows. He’s just reacting out of his jealousy concerning Katha. For instance, for the party payment, Ehsan was more focused on pointing out the 50-50 bill than appreciating what the money was used for. He was not ready to focus on their shared father figure but wanted to maintain his dominance, like the trustworthy Viaan he grew up with has changed.

There is nothing anyone would say that will make Viaan in the wrong. He was used to doing such things with the approval of Ehsan. Its a habit they both silently agreed on over years. This hostility is an attack on his character and even though logically, ehsan might need an explanation, with their close bond, it may sound strange and hurtful. Its like when your brother reminds you that something is his, which you were both fine with sharing. But with Viaan’s character, there is nothing to worry. He will calm down and allow Ehsan the directives he wants. Watch Ehsan begin to wreck stuff up lmao.

Ehsan’s antics aren’t working on Katha at all. In fact she is getting more & more interested in Viaan bcoz of Ehsan’s constant blabbering about him. Today she was so focused on Viaan that she totally zoned out Ehsan, when Viaan walked away. 😆

I agree. She was more concerned about Viaan today than Ehsan LOL. But I really wish the makers focused more on making Viaan jealous cause even today I didn't feel like he was at all jealous. Especially when Ehsan was talking to Katha, Viaan should have at least felt something but it didn't seem like he felt anything other than anger towards ehsan when he made his idiotic joke about alcohol.

I think the better option would be to have Katha develop feelings for Viaan, while he keeps silent about his own feelings so as not to make her uncomfortable.

Even today Katha was bothered when Viaan ignored her. She already has some feelings for him but they are all messed up right now bcoz she is so confused about Viaan as a person.

Tbh i didn't find it as offensive because I'm sure Ehsan was just joking about it which is something that he always does anyway. I find Ehsan to be like those people who will literally say and do anything without giving it a second thought. The only way I would take it in an offensive manner is if Ehsan was really trying to degrade Viaan which is something I'm still confused about.

Imma go rewatch that scene though cause i don't think i even understood properly what ehsan said.

Edit: I just rewatched that part and I think Ehsan was an idiot for inviting Viaan over in front of Katha just for making that comment about alcohol. If he did that knowingly he's a jerk cause he shouldn't be making these kinds of comments/jokes in front of other people, privately might be different considering they are childhood friends.

Honestly that's what I was thinking. It seemed like something a childhood friend would say. However, yes saying this among each other is acceptable but in front of an employee, is not professional. But Ehsan has always come across as a bit immature.

I wish Ehsan stayed as a supportive friend. I think that would have made his character so much more beautiful.

He could have been Viaan's safe space❤️
