What's up with this Monkey discussion Priyanka and Shalin were having yesterday?

were they talking about Tina but who is Monkey? and why was he saying you have Monkey too? wth🤔

Tina seems to have a friend outside who she likes.They were referring to him as "monkey" (gwd knows why) Shalin was asking why did she start this affair with him then. Priyanka was explaining that she doesn't see a future with that guy & hence was exploring other possibilities here.
