So sounds looks like Sai didnt "lose" custody but rather lost the case of proving V and P as incompetent and criminal parents. Sad. Coz there was ENOUGH and more evidence

Even if Sai cant rehash many of the old proofs of P hiring goons to harm her and the old surrogate who was tricked by P and the medical team as well there are some irrefutable facts to prove their criminal track record which can be established even now

1. P had never been pregnant before Vinu. This can be obtained by getting multiple people to testify about her state and also medical history etc. Even some fake witnesses will not be able to conclusively establish that P has other had other pregnancies. Automatically makes her an INVALID surrogate

Sai can even give V kasam of both children to speak the truth about all these aspects under oath in a court of law and how Sai had clearly told him and his family that P was NOT a candidate for surrogacy from get go just for these reasons, let alone the fact that Sai did NOT want P which is another HUGE factor. Biological mother's consent cannot be violated in choosing a surrogate

2. Sai did NOT want P as surrogate. Again multiple witnesses to establish that including V and P themselves. And even if they lie under oath, the lack of any official paperwork pertaining to surrogacy that has Sai's signatures on it is a huge red flag.

Despite that P got herself pregnant and then Sai was left with no option but to accept it since it was about HER child being born. It was too late to intervene. Couldnt abort a child she has struggled to get conceived by surrogacy now even if she is upset by the illegal aspects.

3. Then post delivery P threatened (faked) suicide to get baby Vinu snatched from Sai and eventually with proof of her conspiracy sent to remand pending court case. Even though charges werent proved in court, the report of the FIR and P accused is present on file. And its also on file that it was V who bailed her out. And Sai's conditions regarding why she left CN are also irrefutable. V bailing out the person who wronged his wife is a huge red flag. She had parents. He had no business as the immediate next of kin of Sai involving himself in a matter like this UNLESS he had some other reason to be soft on P. this bring s up his shady past with P. And even if infidelity isnt proven, there is enough that can be raised about his hurtful actions towards Sai including everything he said as she was leaving.

4. Sai's complicated medical history and her miracle pregnancy with Savi and her conflict with V and CN meant that there was NO question of returning to V and CN if she wanted to be safe. And it is V who has gone ahead and married a second time. now that first wife is back, his second marriage is automatically invalid and EVEN if they use the 7 year rule of missing person, even then first DIVORCE has to happen! He cant just remain married to Sai also.

5. Waghmare and witnesses are there to testify about P having illegal possession of gun and FIRING it in a public space. And V showing up there, inspite of being asked to stay away from the case by Waghmare and even locking the door etc is a sure shot evidence of him obstructing the conduct of duty by his colleagues and violating code of conduct. As DCP it reflects very poorly on him to be guilty of this. He did not report the missing status of his service revolver. Another red flag

6. DIG can testify to his dereliction of duty with regard to getting Sai arrested without even filing an FIR and delaying the FIR while sai had already been in custody for several hours.

7. Adoption itself is illegal. Mother's valid consent for adoption does not exist. Infact neither does Vs. So child cannot be given up for adoption without any consent from parents or any other next of kin. If whole family is dead, court issued directive has to exist for adoption. Orphanage required 2 year marriage rule and these guys falsified records to them. They also did not declare their history of being accused for felony to the orphanage. If they did, investigation would have shown that the FIR was rescinded by the family itself and not by the complainant.

Infact she should be able to open that old case again since she was the complainant. So random others who are party to the crime themselves cannot shut that case and get it dismissed.

All of this and more is enough to demonstrate that V and P have a dubious track record.

This unlike Sai who has a pretty much clean record- Because DIG can vouch that her arrest by V was unlawfully done and her misdemeanor with respect to the orphanage break in was never officially reported and in comparison to V and Ps crimes is relatively minor and also her actions were a direct result of V hiding the truth from Sai which he unlawfully obtained by using his position but hid from Sai. Because technically even V had no right to get any of the info that he obtained from orphanage and the guy at medical college. He misused his position. He had no warrant, no official permission to be seeking out any of that info. So he was actually even more guilty than Sai who is only guilty of trespassing and minor damage to the property at orphanage. And the other case of medical negligence also she was acquited and JM himself can testify about how he deliberately filed complaint against Sai and Sai has done his hruday parivartan.

There would have been no question of what Vinu wants if they had established that V and P are unfit to be parents. Even if Vinu wanted V and P it would have been inconsequential then. He as a child cannot choose to be with criminals.
