There was no document signed which said P is the surrogate. Geeta was selected but didn't turn up. She later flipped and supported P.

Sai could only file a case .. it didn't reach any conclusion.

With her death, the case was dismissed.

And since she had left the house, it's doubtful if she would have access to those documents.

If it hadn't, V wouldn't have got promotion.

From past few episodes I am feeling bad for Savi . The innocent child is ignored and is given cold shoulders by her own family . She doesn’t deserve this clown as family and the toxic environment.

They may not have shown illegality of surrogacy but those were the charges by Sai for filling for custody. So they had to be discussed. May be proof about that was submitted already. But the reason for Sai leaving CN should have been mentioned. Also the fact that woman who became surrogate mother illegally, was aided by her exBF who went ahead to marry & adopt Sai's child. Lawyer can say V P did sajish to remove Sai from their life & steal her baby.
