In KA also its already shown that both mom's visited Earthcon office for board room meeting, that's when they meet Katha in the office corridors when she revokes her resignation on that same day. 😊and she then realizes thru them only Viaan came to know her being mom & Aarav's cancer treatment truth.

Yeah both mom's are directors in their son's company, hence Viaan's mom is able to call office staff directly to share some inputs on 50th anniversary AV under making.😳
