just as an aside: regardless of the type of martial arts, you have to first learn a series of different movements. basically it is like a block of small dance and each has a prescribed combination of techniques and moves. over a period of time, it becomes muscle memory. once that is ingrained in your brain that it becomes instinct, then you start more complex stuff like dueling or breaking boards...😆
here is a fun example -- vid is only a minute and half. from 0.24 to 0.40, you get to see one movement.

if you see the guy do kick twirls - 1.20-1.22 -- see how smooth it is. his feet is planted firmly on the floor and it is hip that pivots thus creating a full swing of his other foot. there is a whole technique to learning even to stand properly and have that balance. try standing on one foot and you will know how difficult it is.
so that teacher is really bad because there was no teaching of posture or movement or technique or form. they didn't even do stretches to start the class. 😂
I really can't take aarav and viaan bonding so seriously. zyada filmi hai. he is not even the karate teacher and he is there to play squash -- which is a different sport altogether -- and viaan is giving tips?? 🤣
at least have them bond over a common sport, not something different different. my brain is short-circuiting. 🤣🤣🤣
