Abhi I think has triggered a lot of emotions in her, yes she had an outburst and let out the anger, but underneath that anger there is still love and she is scared what she might do. AA is her cover. She feels safe with him because she thinks he is content having Abhir as his son. She knows Abhi wont come back for her as long as she is with AA in this fake marriage. Hence the ultimatum atleast I think so anyway. A guy who gave her shelter without any questions and accepted her son as his own, she knows very well he wont say go.

@bold, I am a Muslimah, so my opinion varies here a bit. An adopted child has the right to know from the get go and the parentage can never be changed. It's okay for the child to address their adoptive parents as parents, but they cannot take their adoptive parents' name. And I believe there is wisdom in it.

Adopted children are told they are adopted when they are much older also in many cases they are not told at all, what can abhimnanyu birla give abhir other than more money that abhir doesn’t get from abhinav.
