That article is not talking about intelligence officers, 25 of them were civilians, and they were honey trapped, here we're talking about an ex-Raw agent launching a terrorist attack against India, that's never happened, what has happened numerous times are terrorist attacks backed by Pakistan, the movie ignores this reality to create a fictional boogeyman, not sure why they felt the need to do that when reality could've served as the basis for the plot,

There is one living with ex CM of Punjab 😂

the articles mentions jawans as well…

Is there a romantic angle in this? Between who? Or is it love triangle?😆

Oh, John seems to take the fight against Pathaan rather personal...both the actors are really intense in their enemy-relationship 😉

Seriously, I don't see that anyone from a certain "front" here got the many layers this movie has. They just see one layer whose statement they don't even get (don't want to get?).

The statement is done - cleverly - in a form of an action movie, so I assume that those IF members simply don't get it with their muslim-terrorist mindset, and thinking in categories. Whoever prefers to compartimentalise human beings (e.g. relative to religion), should watch the movie only if he/she is a fan either of unrealistic action movies or of SRK/Deepika/John or Siddharths movies.

Nope, it was neither a love nor a "lust" story. Pathaan knew already about Rubina being part of some shady thing...he played AS IF she did succeed to entice him and followed her to get to know what she wanted to do further. then he was thoroughly surprised when she fought FOR him (his "women" was just soooo apt).

He got an affection for her after she told him her trauma but he only let the guard down after everything was done successfully to get the "Raktbeej". He wasn't clueless, but he wanted to believe her story of being an ISI undercover agent because he did like her. There was flirtation and attraction but nothing really happened between them...a beginning love story was only shown in the end song...it was important to Pathaan to sort things out with her.

Movies are soft power. Clearly a try to change perception that Raees was doing illegal alcohol trade but his involvement in the 1993 Bombay blasts was co-incidental. By extension viewers start thinking that oh may be Latif was also a good guy in wrong business coz the story was of Latif’s life.

That is purely YOUR interpretation of the movie-plot...and no, the story WAS NOT of Latif's life, but INSPIRED by his life...

Sorry to the readers here, but I very much dislike false assertions especially when used for judgemental remarks.
