What a lovely feel good episode. The parallels of single moms just made me feel so good, for me it was somewhat personal - I was brought up by a single mom..but haan we were in a joint family, but those mom and me times were special.

Anyways back to episode, I do think Katha should have been slightly firm with PapaG. I didn’t like the way she was giving in…OK i could have very well missed something because after seeing MIL’s saree and Jewellery I fast forwarded ….Jhoot nahi bolungi..l.

The scenes between the sons and the mothers was done very well, with as much love and delicacy that the scenes need. Touched a chord for sure. Little overacting from the kid, but thik hai, ITV mei forgiven. I like the dialogue, game lamba chala, Lekin ultimately hum jeet gaye.
MY BIG BIG issue is if the mom turns negative, I am going to be really pissed…every scene with her has shown her to have so much strength, so formidable, all the flashbacks with the father leaving have come from Vian, never her. If they do an about turn with her, I am going to be Maha Angry….😡🤬😡🤬😡…pata nahi kya karungi…I mean seriously Pata nahi!!!

LOVE LOVE the line brownie points kamaa raha hai, because even we as the audience are keeping track…

Viaan and Mom had a some what normal afternoon , mother will not turn totally negative !

She will object marriage with Katha

I understand that since the culture and society in India is different . She would definitely wish for a girl who is a spinster than that of widow that too with a child !

But they will insult Katha according to OG but then Viasn is not the normal spineless ML os ITV

So finally Mom will agree but she will turn negative Katha & MIL will be in good terms unlike typical ITV

Eshan will be one of the trouble maker , ye already started any ways

So so so true. There is this Pakistani TV couple - Syra and Shehroz who are now divorced, they have one daughter and Shehroz has a daughter from his second marriage. It seems like the couple have been so dignified and classy about their roles as parents that the daughters are very close. Shehroz has given huge credit to both his ex wife and his current wife. Syra (ex wife) says that’s it’s very easy to go down a path of anger for the ex but the child is the most important, if you prioritize the child, always then that overtakes the anger.

Of course this is easy if the divorce has been amicable, but even in divorces where one partner has been idiotic, it takes a lot of effort but is possible.
