For me I never saw a court case cause I know Kaku won’t like family reputation being spoilt but she also knows if sai has decided something she will have to bend. So she will play this move so that vinu stays in their house, for that she will swallow her pride and bring sai back cause she knows sai isn’t going to let go of vinu at all not for Pakhi never. she has walked out with that son before and Kaku knows what extent sai can go for her kids.
