ONS in Indian TV shows

I recall in several Indian TV shows ONS leads to pregnancy (examples are, PR, Punar vivah, BALH etc. Mostly Ekta shows)!. Wonder whether such is possible here. If so how would the track proceed. Another thought that crossed my mind was the old Telugu weekly serial (Vijeta) where there are similarities to this story. Those who read the story or saw the movie based on it could easily recall. Although this story is supposed to be an adaptation of 1001 nights.

Surely coz this was a planned ONS with a non-partner/lover Viaan wld have showed up with some protection. And Katha is so sorted, wld she have gone thru it without protection? She cld have made it one of the ‘shart’.

Since this is a more mature show I think we are meant to assume they took care of this. So hopefully no EK style unwanted pregnancy.

Doesn't seem likely going by their personalities.
