Anupamaa has always been an extremely bad judge of character. She trusted Ravanraj even when he always demeaned her, he was her pati parmeshwar, who committed marital rape and her rose tinted glasses fell only when EMA was exposed and she saw it with her own eyes. I cannot forget the ‘galat not ghatiya, achha pita’ comments. The ‘not ghatiya’ man was playing with the emotions and feelings of a domestic abuse victim, and stringing her along, one who was a couple of years older than his son, to dupe her of her inheritance. She trusted Kavya to be her friend, she was her husband’s mistress. She still trusts Leela Shah to be a mother figure or rather she declares her to be her Maa. Now she is blindly trusting Maya who she doesn’t even know for an hour. Who lets a stranger go alone to meet your 7 year old child, be they biological/ adopted or fostered.

True, Anuj and Anupamaa do not have legal rights to Anu as they are foster parents. Yes, Anu’s biological mother has legal rights to her, but only if Anu was not abandoned and the Child Welfare Committee did not declare her to be free for adoption otherwise, Anu is child of the state. The government is her legal guardian. Maya being biological mother may or may not be true, what proof was presented to declare and accept Maya to be the biological mother.

Neither Anuj Anupamaa nor Maya have the right to unilaterally make decision for Anu without involving the police, child welfare, orphanage officials and the like. Who are Anupamaa and Maya to declare they won’t follow the country’s law. Who died and made Anupamaa/ Maya the queen of the country.

I am avid bird watcher. I have seen how birds give their babies proper training to fetch food. Such a beautiful scene. They never leave their babies until they are ready to fly and become independent.

1 ques. I don't have much knowledge regarding rights of foster, adoptive parents

But can any one come and meet directly a child and tell the truth like maaya did. Even if she is biological mother. How painful it would be for a child especially a child who has got home just few months back.

Secondly, how can a child get attached to some one in 1 Or 2 days.

Yesterday, there was a heart touching dialog by CA.. Animals bhi apne mare hue baccho ke le kar ghoomte hai, mai toh jinda thee

Not sure about CA, but a 6 yr child knows what death is?

May be CA jaise bacche jaldi mature ho jaate hai. But this dialog was too heavy for a child IMO.

Funny part is abhi bhi anu di ko hi penick attack aa rahe hai instead of CA. Assuming devi ji ki choti bohat bohat bohat samajhdaar hai

Amidst all this, I have realized that anupama di treats the same way vanraj did to her. She never consults Anuj before taking any step. She does not have time to take care of CA but before sending Maaya to her room, she has not bothered to ask anuj Or bb. Are they not they elders or experienced. Leave bb, anuj.. Is he not father. If a father takes any decision without telling or asking mother he is mcp. But maa, she is mahan, wise..

Here, it's not about culture, values.. It's a decision, a big decision about your child. We as parents discuss even before getting child enrolled in some activity, or sending to friends place for 1 or 2 hr. But di has sent maaya to talk to CA without discussing with anuj.

In shah house, she did not do a single small household chore without asking baapuji, baa or permission of vanraj. Here, no one can challenge her order or decision.

Gajab ka confidence hai bhai iss lady mei. Apni aulad ke case mei, mishter shah pita hai.. CA ke case mei yehi maa hai, yehi pita hai, yehi lawyer hai, yehi judge hai.

The puppy transformed into a hound at the sight of Maaya. I do believe Maaya is owed a debt of gratitude. Not only for showing that ATM is capable of being a rich powerful businessman when he wants to but also for provoking so much drama that a whole episode went by without any sight of the shameless shahs. Thank you indeed MAAya.

Maa asks them to talk shanti se and then goes on to give 10 min lecture on yashoda maiya. This lady cant get over herself.

Lady this is not about u. This is about CA. Har baat mein ghus mat jao. You never cared for CA. And dont try to use this as an opportunity to get rid of CA.

They barely have fostered CA for 5 months and out of which maa was mostly at shah house or running after her other 3 kids. Sorry Anupamaa ur lectures on mother don't make sense here. (Katha from katha ankahee show behaves like a real mother. Teaching right values to her kid and protecting him.)

Poor Anuj has loved CA with his heart and soul and when a parent sees his kid being taken away, he behaves like how Anuj is behaving. Not like Anupamaa. Parents are possessive and protective of their kids.

And for Anuj's kid, she can take all decisions. She is the worst wife on this planet. I dont even cal her mother coz we all have seen how her kids are and how she treats her foster kid. Isse bas bhaashan dilva do. Aur kuch nahi aata.

Anupama me thodi akal aayi. We expected her to go against MAAya to impress Anuj but MAA ko akal hai. She let the mother have rights on her daughter. However there should be some verification if she is actually her real or not ... Plus kapadias ko itna hyper nahi hona chahiye. After all Anuj is not legal father...
