Instead of getting rid of existing bias, by giving these special privileges to women, isn't Earthcon tipping the balance other way instead of treating men and women equally which is what they are aiming for.

I was wondering except for Vian ,Ehsan why is there no young male character in Earthcon

Even I didn't like the way Aarav spoke to Ehsan. He was quite nice to him,but this kiddo showed him attitude 😡 Who behaves with guests like that. Kids should behave like kids. I don't like when they behave oversmart

Well, to be fair even Viaan went to her house uninvited when he gave that letter to Neerja ji.

But at this point, Ehsan is really crossing the line. Both at work and outside work. And I want Katha to put him in place.
