Priyanka was not the one trying to physically restrain Sumbul. Priyanka gives Sumbul more importance than Nimrit in most of the arguments, because Priyanka thinks Sumbul is better opponent.
I am not sure about hugging in today’s episode. Maybe there was hugging. But hugging is not same as physically restraining.

Priyanka is showing cocky attitude because she has a strong opinion, a perspective towards the game to challenge anyone. But mandli does not have in it to play for the trophy. Real players are Shalin, Priyanka and Archana as of now.

There is a way strong opinionated people put forward their opinion without coming out as cocky or bratty. Im not saying Sumbul is right in her place but definitly Priyanka isnt too.
