I watched the ONS scene again (which was very well executed by the way) Katha looked nervous throughout it. While Viaan looked like he was really into her. Now I don't know if that attraction existed before or it was just for that night.

actually she does seem conflicted. plus, it stunned her when he said he would have helped if he had known. so basically there was no need for her to go through this if she had only opened up and told him. she didn't trust him.

very tasteful. and it did look like he cared for her. you know if you had no context to the drama (as in watching random MVs) and just watching that scene, it looked like a first night scene in an arranged marriage type scenario movie/drama where it is a bit awkward...

I agree. I am damn sure he treated her right in whatever they did which is why I don't understand why they're calling this whole thing a paap. And when Katha said I am not guilty but how will you answer to upar wala I was like why is she acting so extra cause is she saying that she didn't do paap but he did all the paap??

I think how I interpret it is that Katha means she is not guilty about doing the ONS itself in order to save Arav, but she wants Viaan to feel guilty for making that offer. I think that’s why she keeps repeating it. Though it confuses me at times on what exactly she thinks of him.

I am sorry but why would she trust him, he has just asked for sex in return for money. There is no way she would have trust him. And how easy for him to say “you should have told me” how about Viaan, you should have insisted or you should have given her without your terrible test ridden condition! Kuch bhi!

Frankly he was an arsehole. We have to separate his behavior as he grovels his regrets from the behaviour when he propositioned. That is the only way to forgiving him. While we tharkis are already there 😅😅 from a story perspective, and to satisfy our feminist hearts, Kathaa must take her time 😎😎

yes this I agree -

She wants Viaan to feel guilty for making the offer while she has made her peace with it
She keeps repeating becos on ITV unless you repeat dialogues no one gets it

We are still in that stage of the story where we are shown what he realizes she thinks of him as the scum of the earth and this he cannot bear, we are not privy to her feelings at all, it is through him.

That said, the fact that she has been able to compartmentalize is praise worthy.


PS - I have written an ONS where they both think of the night, it’s a little mature, should I post it???

no, I meant when she first asked him for a loan -- she could have stated something like: "there is a family problem; I understand I just got promoted but it is a health emergency. I need some help and need a loan".. something like that if she didn't want to state the whole truth.
