Saundarya ne naam ke saath isko confront kiya tha is subject pe…… She had clearly asked him how does he know XYZ …… he said he got to know through a common friend …. I guess because of these things Sallu & KJo kept hammering him for the fake affair ….. and kept giving hints to Saundarya
Shalin most likely got the info from Gautam ….. relayed it to Tina discreetly ( ishare se) ….. aur Tina ne puri baat public kardi to blame Shalin, in the process screwing Soundarya’s reputation
When ShaTin were mandli ….. Soundarya & Archana made some comments on Shalin’s character …. and in a fit of anger Shalin said he will reveal all info about Soundarya once she exits ( in front of Tina, Nimrit, Stan & Shiv) ….. Nimrit was the only one who told to refrain from that….. rest kept quiet
Court task mein bhi Shalin ne bataya tha ki Gautam had said bad thing about Saundarya’s character initially and yet went on with an affair suggesting the relationship is fake (Shalin’s point for appeal)
