1. so, if you want to take a picture from google or some other website, you will right-click on the picture and click "copy image address." make sure it's the direct link. direct links typically end in .jpg, jpeg, .png, .gif (there are other ones too but these are the more common ones for our purpose so pay attention to the ending of the link)

2. then you come on LF & click on the icon that looks like a picture of the mountains and the sun. you'll get two options - upload image and external image. if you have a link, you will click on external image. if you want to upload something directly from your phone or computer, click upload image

3. once you click external image, this box will pop up for you. this will already have a link in the URL box so you have to remove that and paste the link you copied to the image. if you want to resize the image, you can play around with the numbers. your image will pop up then. that's it
