Abhinav from the day abhi came built a story to abhi as abhir is his son . Mera beta Mera beta jaap was more by him because they r used to it from long and he loves that kid only. So anyone will think as his own kid. Next is abhir ki maa. That way abhi thought Ak is abhir ki maa after seeing them.might be some sort of love to kid as she loves kud and being a momless kid she could have given that warmth.Main point is ak can't conceive as per them.
