I found that surprising too, because the other day his English was ok and accent too,and akshara knows English,

so either they might show ruhi teasing him or helping him and he protects her that way they can bond

I have already christened her as screeching swarna ( after day before yesterday’s ep, the one which scarred me to such an extent, I’ve given up my 1st post position ) we can shorten it to screechy swarna

Well, heart issues run on both sides of the family. One is Kairav and the other is Manjari.

Abhir was a premature baby so it sort of makes sense he has some sort of health condition.
