Yes after Abhi leaves Kasauli there has to be reasons and situations that pull Akshu back into Udaipur.

Abhi is a heart surgeon and Abhinav knows that and as far as he is concern Abhi is a friend. So he will say let's go consult him. Akshu will be hesitant but if it is a matter of Abhir she will go and seek Abhi's help.

If Abhi treats Abhir then it levels the playing field a bit. Abhinav may be his super dad. But Abhi is a real life hero of saving his life. And of course the secret is he is his biological father.
