Makers don't care it's all TRP business. Anyways they did all of this for confusion. Abhinav is the new character. They didn't have to name him that but they did so it messes with everyone's heads including the audiences. Maybe Mama Papa is actually Abhi and Akshu? Or Akshu thought of those names herself. And they just told the kid Mama and Papa thought of it.

Sorry to say this but no way Abhinav came up with the name Abhira for a girl 😆 Akshu knows what that really means. Didn't they have hashtag Abhira for her and Abhi's engagement and wedding?
