I truly hope that bit was an exaggeration.

I can understand her not wanting her son to follow in his father's footsteps in that regards given what happened. It's even okay to tell him to not retaliate with violence, but entirely unacceptable to tell him to just quietly put up with it. Raavi's fears should not lead to something like this.

He's just four years old (in real life) so don't think he will be able to take a stand for his mother. He can however be shown voicing his confusion or displeasure about the situation.The best thing would be for Raavi herself to not tolerate any disrespect. Why have the child get in the middle of it at all.

I'm not sure if they will show him spoilt or meek (because of the segment), but he is so young I'm not sure he will have that big a role.

The kid is just four all he probably wants in life is his mom and dad to love him and to play with his toys and friends and eat lots of sweets lol Raavi seems to be very loving with him and obviously she doesn't want him to have anger issues and not fight with other kids its basic things any parent would want in their child. He is just so little right now and all he needs is his parents being there for him rest can take a back seat.

He has some sort of memory problems because of his head injury.

Though Shiva and Raavi moved away 7 years ago, he still keeps thinking they are still living in the Pandya house. Looking at his child makes him recall they aren't. This is all that was revealed in the segment. They seem to be keeping the details under wraps.
