But this is all based on the notion that they think they will get bashed for doing the task. They didn’t say that in the episode did they? In the Shalin scene, Tina was coming out with everything they could do but Sha was saying let’s ask Archana to do things, we shouldn’t. He didn’t give a reason why, we could interpret that as him being lazy 😆

But, even if they are thinking like that, I think they’re being silly. 😆 Maybe they will change their stance though.
