I really feel sad for Vidhaan... out of all the kids, I was really looking forward to Vidhaan's performance because I loved him while he was on YHC. But, the way his face seemed strained and tired... I wonder if he was forced to do multiple re-takes, or if he just wasn't vibing with his co-stars. I hope, with the entry of the other kids and the rest of the cast, he is able to go back to being that cute, bubbly kid. But, with the way Chiku is essentially Bhabi-Ma 2.0, I am losing hope...
As for everyone wondering whether a kid could truly be like Chiku in real life... I would say yes. I saw a couple of kids that were like him, but all of those kids experienced severe trauma, and they act that way with the hope of picking up every little, last bit of morsel of love they can. Knowing the backstory of Chiku, it's no doubt he's in a broken family.
I mean, the kid probably questioned why his so called "mother" has her psychotic crying episodes, why his father is a drunk alcoholic, why his grandmother hates him and prefers him over a missing grandchild, and why his extended family is no where to be seen. Not to mention, his grandmother probably broke the news he was an adopted child that his "mother" picked up off the streets.
