Shiv is from Amravati and he is just showing his respect to a person twice his age by touching his feet. Personally, I do not like Sajid and do not think that he deserves this much respect. But Shiv's bond with him seems genuine and so he touched his feet as he was leaving the house, which most of us do to our elders too.

Actually Shiv, Tina, Soundarya and Shalin touched Farah's feet when she left and majority of the housemates touched Shiv's aai's feet when she left. To yeh sab bhi kya chaploosi ke liye kar rahe the woh log.
