So an actor won a golden globe for playing a rapist pedo serial killer.. one of the victim's mother said that movies like this is what motivates sick minds to carry on with their sinister acts.. Giving recognition through awards just makes it even more worse for victims families.. 🤦‍♂️

Will they just remove villains all together ? Or just make sure the villain isn’t based on a true story ?

Thanos or Alonzo Harris or Hannibal Lector weren’t real but they might influence someone.

Yeah..I don't think Fictional villains will have that much of an impact as compared to making a hero out of a serial offender based on true story.

Why rob anyone of their hard earned accolade just because they enacted a terrible character onscreen.? They won the award for their skill of acting not for "being" that criminal.

It’s just acting. Aaron did a great job. He got the award. There have been plenty of movies and shows on serial killers before.

No one is making a criminal out of the actor, his acting capabilities aren't being questioned here.. point being made Is that should movies be made on serial offenders, which might encourage some sicko for all the cinematic glory will be getting in future.
