ritzee -- I remember reading your comments about how katha is unprofessional and on some thought, I have to agree. she was the one who said that personal and professional should not mix but now she is skipping on office and planning her exit without notice. at the very least, send official email that you intend to resign and put in your notice period (even if it is working from home). like you said, this kind of unprofessional behaviour causes havoc for everyone else working in the office who don't know what is going on.

Seriously office romance takes a toll on work.. Work-life balance hila deta hai.. The policy of no romantic relationship with fellow workers aese problems ke liye hi kiya jata hai..

Coming to katha, I don't have any idea what this lady is trying to do.. Matlab mana uske saath galat hua but when the man is breaking in front of her, at that time toh usko aur break karna is i dont support. Aur professional life ki toh kya hi kehna. She is sounding arrogant and proudy now. Kaam thoda accha kar liya matlab ab sab uske hisab se hoga. Dubai project jaye bhar mein.. Madamji kaam adhoora chorke baithi hai.. Wah😂😂aur jab dekho sab use praise karte rehte hai jane kia hi kar diya ho...

Viaan jaise confused rehta hai ek bar Katha Aap bolta hai fir Tum bolta hai same confusion Adnan ka bhi hai 😆 don't spill the challenge wala interview dekha Aditi - Adnan ka , usme Adnan first Aap bola Aditi ko then tum and last me Tu par aa gaya 🤣

rather than being selfish, I am not able to understand her character chart. this is the same woman who refused bribe from pyramid because she said that it will harm other employees at earthcon. now, she is walking away from a project that she is leading without prior notice. arrey, serve the notice period and make the transition before jumping off. okay, viaan is driving you nuts but talk to him and sort it out so that it is smooth for everyone else in the team. leave if you want to but she is acting like a petulant woman -- and it strikes me she is having the freedom to do that precisely because of what happened that night together. if she was a regular employee, such behaviour wouldn't fly right?

Yup, I have seen it.. Mast tha 😆 I think that was one of their first interviews.. Tabhi se character me ghus gaya woh full confusion mode me 😆 She is older phir bhi 'tu tu' karne laga 🤣 I love their interviews!!

He mixes aap and Tu both.. I have not heard him saying tum though.. And his addressing her as "Maam" and aditi's reaction to it was hilarious 😂😂

He is like Maam is winner of zee cinestar ki khoj mein unke saamne fafal jata hoon🤣🤣

Exactly this.. I want to say the exact same thing. That night give her the upperhand in office matters too.Viaan was the only one who made her work and was strict with her.Now as he is in sorry mode so she can do whatever she want.Nobody tells her anything.Unfortunately other employees doesn't have that privilege... In normal boss-employee relationship this behavior will cost her job.

I find Katha highly unprofessional and yes she has the upper hand because of the ONS.

By showing this behaviour she is proving Vian/Earth con policies correct A single mother can't be devoted and 7 days ka kaam 2 days me karana bcoz main aaun na aaun start ho jayega .

If Vian is acting like jerk use HR policy to register complaint ,u can't mention ons but unnecessary Dubai le k gya and all to bol sakti.

Even after all this dialogues she will be again in office bcoz of this and that mazboori ,this doesn't make her strong rather pathetic
