I think a good amount of money was paid..A lot of people found it crazy and too many are engaged in having a good laugh at Alia's expense. Important thing is that too many people wanted to drag her. That is not good.
Au contraire, that's the best sign of success😆
I have never heard this Tripti outside this forum.
Perhaps..
I was wondering if Kjo allowed this list to be published..only because of Govinda Mera Naam. What do you think? We didn't know how badly Darlings had done.Trending in Arab countries don't get many eyeballs..

The thing with stats is that they are often meaningless without context. For instance, that Netflix has low reach in Bollywood friendly markets. It will however be obvious to anybody looking at the list, which movie was the biggest success for Netflix India. 😆
The other thing with the stats is that sometimes a lot of views backfire when too many people see your bad performances.😆

Are you talking about Brahmastra,RRR..or Gehraiyaan?
Valid for both Brahmastra and Gehraiyaan. But I was thinking Govinda naam mera 😆
Regardless, as you and Gilmores have both pointed out, Alia's true trouble is that she has outgrown Bollywood. She is too big for Varun-Ranveer types and she doesn't do these big budget silly films anyway. And she doesn't have the resilience and talent of a PC to go try her luck in Hollywood. It's not a great position to be in.

i think she has made herself much bigger than what she should be at this stage and that is the illusion she has built in the mind of maybe herself and even her audience/fans (atleast online)
look at the trolling she got for rrr or brahmastra, actually they are big budget projects and its ok for actresses (that is the way the industry is, it just doesnt have that many female centric roles) for them to balance such movies with those of more substance
i still cant understand what was wrong with her role in rrr, it was decent and she was in huge hit
but with all the hype of being meryl streep she has pushed herself into a corner, so it is beneath her stature to do frivolous. light or less length roles now
but only choice is slb or kjo productions
actually deepika is slightly better she can still do pathaan, fighter types and get away
you should be in such a selective position at 40 + not 30yrs
even a sridevi was doing aakhari raasta, madhuri a jama raja, anushka and sam in the south were/ are doing the same (they are as big if not bigger stars)

She must definitley not do the rumoured Baiju Bawra remake(Ranveer is confirmed, by himself). The film is about two brilliant musicians and their rivalry. Alia's role will be similar to Brahmastra.
Ranveer is also doing the Shankar film..Shankar needs heroines for his extravagant dance numbers and he likes them to be glamorous..
So perhaps not Ranveer..
