yeh muft ka bahut bolta hain, all his insights are in hindsight, a month ago if anybody had asked him if drishyam would have done big he wouldnt have a clue
as somebody said ask him what an event film is and he wont be able to give an exact defintion, if defined logically a film is a event before it releases, but given there are exceptions (tkf, drishyam etc) this fool seems to be calling all hits as event films, basically his whole focus is on the outcome instead of the process
frankly this guy doesnt have a original bone in his body, even a barjataya or adi chopra created some thing which were totally against that tide of that era and made history
kjo just does some trend spotting and tries to jump on the bandwagon, which is why all his movies will at best be 10th or 100th best in that genre and he will never set trends only spot
tide has turned for cinema (and bw particularly), you need innovators and those who create rather than follow trends to turn it around and kjo and his nepo kids are not going to do it, best case using his shrewdnesss and power he can ride the coattails of the creative ones which is what he is trying positioning himself as some business genius
