My first kdrama was Boys Over Flowers. Uske baad aisa chaska laga ki main pagal hi ho gyi😆 And this was probably a decade back at the least when kdramas weren't even that popular in our country as they are now. You could also start with BoF if you want but it's very old. From recent ones you can go with Crash Landing on You, Business Proposal, What's wrong with Secretary Kim, Pretty Women, King- Eternal Monarch etc etc etc. There are hundreds which I can recommend. These are all on Netflix and completed and have a happy ending.
