We need three teams tailor made for three formats ... Like Pant and shardul are good in red ball cricket ... Similarly Gill the newcomer is fit for one day ....

Surya Kumar can be considered as your go to man for T 20 ...Virat and Rohit can now focus on the upcoming world cup ODI...

Make these players play leagues world wide and test players play county cricket in England ...

That will make your work load management even easier ....

Shubhman Gill's dismissal in 3rd ODI was a bit surprising. The ball was almost at mid knee. Such balls are bread and butter for Indian batsmen. You have to wait for the ball to come on to the bat and then you have to use your wrist to guide the ball, preferably, along the ground. It is a very safe shot with very high returns, especially in the fine leg and square leg region. Any Indian batsman, even at the club level can play this shot very well. Even a power hitter like Sachin played this shot very well.

But Gill played with a straight bat and stiff wrist, he lost control and ball went up.

Rishabh pant will not be able to play cricket for further 9 months.

Very very badluck for a cricketer who is in form and at vital position in the team as wicket keeper turn batsman.

Luck plays an vital role in any person's life.

Hopefully he will get well soon.👍🏼
