Doshu Shah was hilarious at least. He probably got his degree from Tamashah university. He's acting like an idiot who assumes he is a business magnet from watching YouTube videos. I think he only saw YouTube videos instead of attending regular classes.

Kavya starting modelling was unexpected but welcome. I hope she starts wearing short clothes in the house. Baakwas Shah can be told to stuff it.

how will he fund his business real estate requires lot of money

who will give him money for real estate business

At least he is trying to do something, I don't get it, he may not know much about the field or is new to it, but then isn't everyone like that when they start out? My mother is a broker herself, she was not an expert when she was just starting out. When a person quits their job and decides to start a business of their calling, obviously they don't have complete expertise in it and try to learn about it over the course of the business. So why is he being discouraged?

Regardless of what he has been in the past, but when a person is trying to make an effort to make amends, discouraging them is simply wrong. It's like if a person has done something wrong then the only expectation from them is to remain that way and to dismiss every effort they make to change.

The same college kinjal did her MBA from unless you want to say Kinjal also a chapra University topper.

And he is starting a brokerage business right? I don't think you need much for that given my mom is into the same thing.

rental guys will pay to show house or get one to broker

Even if you are brokering to sell a property on behalf of the client then also you don't need much. I know it because of my mom. But yes, there is a lot of cheating involved in this field where clients literally tend to bypass the broker after meeting the buyer or seller.

He could have put that pic for any reason. We don't know if it's to promote himself or it was done casually.

Some major problems here:

1. He did not even bother to inform his current employer of his resignation. Even though it is in the family.

2. He is using someone's photo for publicity and marketing without the latter's permission.

3. He mentioned his intention was never to work, it was only a means to convince Kinjal into returning. This is malicious.

4. He set-up a home office without discussing with his family.

5. Every business, however small, requires planning, contacts, capital and more importantly vision. Have smart goals and milestones.

One doesn't wake up one morning and set up a home office and dream of getting the "Businessman of the year" in a year's time.

Nothing wrong in him starting a business but the way he is approaching it is.

The thing is, paritosh has been shown to become good and go bad again and again, on and off... it is a vicious cycle of rinse and repeat, which is why people are suspecting him of frauds...
