Both are indeed faking it. But Shalin isn’t going to and fro. He’s trying to play out the angle. Tina is with him or attacking him and throwing him under the bus every two minutes. That’s the difference.

If it was reversed - and Shalin was doing to her what she’s been doing - kabka patta kat chuka hota Shalin ka, or any guy for that matter.
