Akshara seemed to have learned some lessons in life and has grown a spine. Hope it lasts and she won't melt in front of kaandmata and jhaaru's emotional blackmail. Akshu's kid should also have a tougher skin if he is going to Gorilla zoo in future.

And jhaaru's kid is a liar and attention seeker like her. They should have let the kids be. Now we'll have her bullying Akshu's son just like jhaaru used to do with her princess crap.

Generally, IRL custody cases, custody is given to the mother only if the child is too small or at impressionable age unless the opposite side proves the mother is neglecting the child or has mental illness..

No matter how much moneyed are the Birlas, they can’t win the court case if Akshara proves that Abhi refuses her child along with giving her divorce.

She needs to be happy..she can’t be sulking for tht dumb abhimanyu..
