well, i don't think this is all amba's plan. Vidhi will be sick for real, otherwise fake bimari kab tak bahar na ayegi, aisa hai toh hai nhi dev vidhi ka kahin aur ilaaj na karewayega, wahan phir se tests na honge, sach toh bahar a hi jata.
