Infection in uterus is not BS. Pakhi was found fallen on her stomach. She may have had abdominal injuries with internal bleeding. BS part is Sai operating on her when they have Pulkit who is one of top gynecologist as family member & Sai never did post graduation in surgery or Gyn. Postoperative infection is possible esp if the patient skips taking antibiotics. Doesn't rest which can prevent wound from healing. The trip to Khandala from Nagpur which is quite a distance can do that ( they forgot its based in Nagpur & not Mumbai & its not couple of hours away)
Virat as usual is plain stupid. He doesn't know what he is doing & has no plan. He may be thinking Savi being his daughter kept status quo of CN. Same will be true with Vinu's truth reveal. He treats Sai as if she is his wife whenever he feels like. He doesn't think twice before touching or having her in group hug but then minutes later P is his patni.

Now BK is the one who is going to flip. If precap is real she will ask Sai to return to CN. Virat won't mind taking phere's wih Sai calling P his ex wife if thats what BK & his aai asks him to do. He will just tell Vinu to call Sai aai like Savi & P mumma. For him its status quo. Doesn't matter who is Patni or who is wo.
If precap is fake then Sai the jasus will find out about Vinu being her Vinu. I just don't want her to be mahan & give him up to P.
