What i think is Ekam will move on from nehmat.

He won't accept a married woman.

Ekam knows harleen likes him so he will move towards her

Ekleen will sail for sure but admat would be hanging.

Later on when he sees her true colors he wants to get back to Nehmat, she already move on with or without her husband.

Advait character may even get killed in the show

Harleen can do that coz she won't want her marriage truth out

Rohit may not stay longer in the show but isha definitely will.
