Yeah khairaati captain, just look at previous seasons captains they gave their 100% percent in each task to become captain. Shiv is just lucky that he came in such a task-less season and that he is getting everything on a platter.

to be fair the first time was a gift by bigg boss

and the other 2 times it was mostly shiv who made her captain

so basically shiv is a multiple time captain + a captain maker.
