She's not in a position to say No. Like first of all, basic common sense is, there should be enthusiastic feelings from both sides, you dont need yes either as long as everyone is into each other properly. Second, and the most imp part, she CANNOT say no. He's her boss and she's doing it against her will bcz she has to save the life of her child.
