Then they're delinquent as parents. It's not idealism. Mere abdication from family relationships to feel a faux virtue.
Networking matters. This girl would be an idiot if she didn't take advantage of the avenues available to her.
Negative attacks on someone else is another matter.
@bold: I disagree. In the real world constantly giving your kid easy access and opportunities is not doing the kid any favors. Learning how to work for it and earn things for themselves ensures that the kid develops work ethic and learns how the real world works.
I understand helping your child with networking. But in this case we are talking about handing your kid a job on a silver platter. I mean Tanisha Santoshi didn’t even have to leave her living room to get the job.
It will be fun to see cat fights going forward . All these girls are bffs or related and vying for the same role. It will get competitive at some point.
Who will KJO give work to? Jhanvi or Suhana or Khushi or Ananya or Sara or Shanaya and cntd....😆

And? If I had a job at my place of business which I think my kid could do, I'd offer it to him/her before any outsider.
There have been only a few people in the world who've done otherwise. Gandhi was one, and his children reportedly hated him.
Most parents who claim otherwise are either lying to themselves or to the rest. Parenthood is a strong bond.
What you said about holding a kid's hand at every point is not what I said at all. But it's Santhoshi's business and his money and his kid. He is entitled to do with it as he pleases within the law. Society has no claim on it.

That’s one way to look at it 👀
That I'll educate my kid excuse is a weird one to me. A lot of Indian parents send their kids to coaching classes to get into medicine or engineering.
Why? Let them compete on the same level as poor kids. Those outsiders might be more deserving because something.
Middle class is also privilege when you're looking up from the level of the have nots.

Would you offer the job to your kid if you knew they couldn’t do it just because they were your kid? Or if there was someone else more qualified who could make your business flourish even more?
No I think quite a lot of people believe in letting your kid have their own struggles. That doesn’t mean you throw the kid out and cut them off at 18 or 22-23 after college. It just means you make them earn it for themselves. You guide them, you assist them, you support them, but you don’t hand them a job or position on a platter.
It’s not his money. RSVP Production is involved as well. Realistically this movie might not even make a dent. It’s clashing with Pathan. So as I said in my earlier post in this topic, Santoshi casting his own daughter in a small role is probably one of the less harmful practices of nepotism. But it is nepotism. Who knows, maybe if Santoshi had held real auditions he might have found an actress who could make a real impact and stand out in the movie.
