Is it okay for a couple to separate EVEN if the wife is at fault? - Page 2

In real life i faced horrible situations. But when we are wrong we accept that moveon forgiving each other. Because there is no other go. They hold families in serial so that all intrude and spoil life. Did they give chance to ak to say from her side. The moment he learnt mc from.her he left her. That's enough for us to know what his love is..this man said if you are there i don't need anyone and took her to abort baby. But suddenly his baap ka sukh gone so he kept her aside and with neils death direct on her head it's easy for him to throw her apart. If he knows she is fake dead or dead he won't repent also or not needed where she is gone as he already left her. Next if he finds his own kids does he have right to claim them on what basis. It's her kids anytime though divorce not done in court. What will he tell and claim custody. He lost his right on her and kids easily. There is no need to unite them also back. Let them be happy with their life as she is the one who spoiled his life and family all time. Ar and mata are always same they blame easily ak . Mata's manipulation on abhi is direct. He was away from her after reunion. Mata is after ak from day1 so she got her revenge that way. Mata is the soul who can't be happy with anyone. Same Ar too. When Neil gave her that respect she can't take it ulta she went on abhira. What she did is easily cleaned by all and never came into light. Now she gets that sympathy card as widow and ak as victim these two sisters should not be at one place anytime. They never had good relationship anywhere. Ar purposely came into Birlas to make ak throw away and she is successful. But she lost her hubby in this. What she got in story is nothing. Her words to abhi inwill snatch your evetything has come out.She snatched neil, ak and kids from abhi. Kalesh is this not ak. Ak has brought all goodness only. If ani has affair and kv is direct hook in her death she suffered. Now ak is direct in Neil's death it's more on her for her kids too. Till kids are shown in tummy she will be lost. Akshu has much DDP than naira. The worst life in childhood and now in birlas too. Hope so her kids are her strength to live next and she sees some light in her life. We feel for her as she is fl. It's not that Ar pain is not seen by us. Ar pain is her self karma. When she gets evetything she won't stay happy she compares and spoils others life esp ak. Till ak is told dead she won't be happy in show. That's her buddhi.

I don't know if anybody watched Pakistan drama called "Ishqiya". There's a character called Azeem who's been the best husband so far for me. I expected Abhi to be like that. But I'm clearly disappointed

Ishqiya was a good show and Azeem was a good husband - his anger was justified - but Humna, Azeem, and Humza failed Rumi. I expected it from Humza and Humna for different reasons but Azeem considered Rumi his sister. He should’ve interfered when he learned the truth. Needless to say, by the last episode, Rumi was the only one I was rooting for and I wish to see leads like Rumi more in ITV - the way she stormed into Humza’s house and put her feelings aside to be a protective sister (even though she is the younger one) and still not forgiving Humna till she felt it was appropriate.

Yes that's true. But Shaurya & Varsha overcame his infidelity. Not the best marriage in the long run, but much better than Kaira and Abhira.

So the usual storyline for YRKKH leaps (and many other shows' leaps) is that FL hides something or gets into a situation that indirectly results in a family member's death. She doesn't get a chance to explain herself, everyone blames her (including her husband) and they separate.

Usually the conflict is resolved when the truth of the FL comes out after the leap that she didn't do anything to purposefully harm someone. Then ML realizes his mistake and they get back together again.

My question is that is such an ugly divorce or separation justified EVEN if the FL is at fault? Like let's say Akshu actually did make a mistake that caused Neil's or Anisha's death. Just HYPOTHETICALLY. I know in reality, she never meant to harm anybody. But if she did make a mistake, is the divorce/separation justified?

Isn't the point of a marriage -- the most sacred and pious of all bonds, the bond that connects you beyond time and space -- isn't the point of such a marriage that you stick with your partner through thick and thin?

Most of the debate on this forum is on the grounds that Akshu is innocent (which I believe she is), thereby making Abhi wrong. But if she were actually at fault, would you accept their decision to separate?

I personally believe that considering Akshu's good heart and considering the fact that Abhira have been pitched as soulmates, Abhi should have enough love in his heart to at least consider that it was just an accident. If he truly loves Akshu, shouldn't it be his instinct to defend her? Shouldn't he be trying to find reasons to believe she is innocent?

Even in real life, no matter how toxic our loved ones or partners may be, we always try to find a way to defend them. Someone could be a demented criminal but their loved ones would refuse to believe it. They would find some way, some loophole to prove the world wrong.

Shouldn't that be Abhi's instinct as well, to find some loophole, some way, some angle to believe that Akshu didn't cause this tragedy? Especially since he knows how much of a good heart Akshu has? (Even if she makes dumb or stupid decisions sometimes)

I am 100% in agreement with you…marriage is not a joke…leaving home should not be your first solution mostly (some situations are outside of the standard curve) …taking divorce is not n should not be treated lightly…this is why YRKKH season 1 was so popular n basically laid the base for this longest running show…coz people tried to figure out solutions…n it was loved (despite leads not being great actors which is strictly my opinion) …in my opinion both ml n fl this season are really good actors but they aren’t being given tracks worthy of their talent …

the writers team n I’ve heard they aren’t married most of them should truly go back n do some research on marriage n maybe watch their own shows first season if they are new…n see how difficult situations are handled while giving trps n business to channels n production house…so that excuse of trp is the cause of this shitty story doesn’t hold ground in my eyes…marriage is not something you make a mockery of …if nothing maybe they themselves will learn this

The og akshara was blamed for daddaji's death and naitik did left everything and everyone to support her. Same can not be said about her son in law and grand son in law.

But unlike other death's in the show Neil was not I'll, depressed or druggie he made a decision out of his free will akshu did not force him yes the decision was stupid but it was not only her's it was Neil's too. But it's itv so characters can not think rationally.

they never had a good solid foundation. Their couple of months marriage (before Akshu disappeared for 1 year) was based on a 2 day trip where they fell in love. It’s all filmy and nice but this kinda base doesn’t make for a strong relation. Interjecting a romantic scene here and there can’t and didn’t coverup the basic weakness in them.

Infact among all the couples in this show it’s most realistic that AbhiRa separated so soon. Their relationship can’t survive any real hardship coz it’s so superficial.

(They were together for what - max half a year cumulatively).
Akshu is a good at heart but she has behaved very dumb. My liking for Abhi had gone down after he jilted Arohi but today I can understand where he is coming from. I may not agree with the outcome but I can understand what drove him to this point.
Time and again Akshu has interfered and made a mess of situations when Abhi had explicitly told her many times not to.

Even when Neil and Akshu reach the concert place, Akshu immediately wants to get out of the car. It’s Neil who locks the doors and tells her not to. Her natural instinct was to protect the girls (which is good) but for eff’s sake she is pregnant- that too high risk. And even if she got down what would have happened? Would she have overpowered the goons?

Abhi has a lot of flaws (some which annoys me to no end) but this time his outburst was understandable. For a couple like this separation is the only solution. They are just not meant to be. No matter what psychic connection they have to feel each others pain across space.

I've felt this too. Abhi has so much more experience and is also older than Akshu. I always thought I felt uncomfortable because of the age difference between HC and PR (HC is only a year younger than the actress who plays his mother), but it's the same for their characters too. They never had a good enough foundation. I found even Kaira to be very empty after a time. Abhira were much much worse.

Same! I was legit clapping throughout the first five minutes of his monologue. He asks the questions that I feel every ML should ask every FL. Why does she have to interfere where she doesn't need to? Why does she insist on doing everything by herself like some kind of mahaan superwoman, when it is not realistically possible? Why does she hide stuff and deal with things on her own until it implodes and gloriously backfires?

But then he brought the Sirat accusation, and I was like seriously??

And I don't understand why Neil got down either. They could've taken the number plate of the truck and informed the police, taken photos and videos as evidence, even followed the truck from a safe distance to inform the police where the kids are being taken.

Realistically, no average human like Neil can take on a team of criminals like that. If they are doing something as evil as child trafficking then they won't even hesitate before shooting or stabbing someone. You need proper training and gear to go up against a gang like that. And Akshu & Neil had neither any gear nor weapons nor training.

The situation could've gone sooo much worse. The worst thing that happened here was Neil died and Akshu lost her babies. But these criminals could've done anything to those girls too, like shooting or killing them. What if there was another goon in the truck? What if the driver was still in the truck and he drove off with the girls leaving Akshu and Neil at the mercy of the goons he left behind? What if a goon had shot them or the girls to get rid of witnesses? Then there would be 7-8 lives gone too soon.

During kairav and anisha track, it wasn't Abhi's mistake but she separated herself from him na??? Was abhi ar fault then?

His outburst may be understandable but this is the akshara he fell in love with right ? His love crashed the moment unfavorable situationcame..imo situations are always messy , life throws a curveball every moment ..ainvayi divorce divorce nai hota..

Last week abhimanyu was the best husband , better than kartik 😆 Now he is the worst husband and lover..see how loyalties change with one instance , why blame abhimanyu then ? He also flipped .I don't like any of them..

Because in ITV world you must sympathies with the male lead. No matter how much of a trash ML is, at the end of the day FL gotta forgive. The God ML can never do wrong, nah!
