Popat actually has 2 meanings:

1. Parrot(puppet) of someone.

2. When something misfires or goes wrong they say uska popat ho gaya.

This lady doesn't have a limit....vikas ka kuch galti nahi hai...he said tu khud bolti hai meri maa marjaaye....which she did.
